"The breaststroke kicks with the feet folded, the hands folded, and the feet folded," they said I watched them swim and imitated them several times, but they failed. They taught me to take a deep breath, and then gently sink into the water. If there was water in my nose, I would spray it out. I followed their words and floated on the water and rowed hard.
